These are clearly demonstrated on the feet, legs and back along with the sequencing and application of 10 essential oils on the spine, feet, shoulders and legs. Also includes a special added session showing Dr. Young performing a Raindrop technique on his infant son, Jacob.

"Vita Flex Training with Tom Woloshyn"

Vita Flex is an ancient Tibetan massage technique rediscovered by Stanley Burroughs in the late 1920's. Tom Woloshyn, a student of Burroughs, provides step-by-step instructional demonstration both of the reflex points on all parts of the body and of the unique pressure technique used in the fingers. (This tape does not incorporate essential oils with the technique.)

The following four videos were made in the early 1990's. They are very unassuming, even amateur in quality, but utterly engaging and enthralling because of Dr. Young's obvious sincerity, expertise, and passion for the oils and for healing.
